राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना 2023 क्या हैं?
साल 2020 का बजट पेश करते समय छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री और वित्त मंत्री के द्वारा राजीव गांधी के साथ योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य में रहने वाले सभी किसानों को धान की फसल अर्थात उनकी चावलों की फसल के लिए बेहतरीन समर्थन मूल्य प्रदान किए जाएंगे। समर्थन मूल्य से जुड़ी हुई इस नई किसान न्याय योजना के लिए 5100 करोड़ रुपये के बजट का एलान किया गया हैं। इस योजना को केंद्र सरकार और विधानसभा के द्वारा मंजूरी मिल चुकी हैं। विधानसभा से मनाने के बाद किसानों को योजना का लाभ मिलना शुरू हो जाएगा। भाषा में इस योजना को समझा जाए तो इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य में रहने वाले किसान अपनी चावल की फसलों को बेहतरीन समर्थन मूल्य पर भेज पाएंगे लेकिन इसके लिए उन्हें योजना के अंतर्गत रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य में धान की खेती करने वाले किसानों को केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा चलाई जा रही है प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि की तरह ही सीधे आर्थिक सहायता भी दी जाएगी जिसके लिए किसानों को योजना के अंतर्गत रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा और अपनी बैंक अकाउंट डिटेल्स सबमिट करनी होगी। छत्तीसगढ़ राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के माध्यम से राज्य में रहने वाले किसानों को सीधे उनके अकाउंट में आर्थिक सहायता दी जाएगी। इस योजना के अंतगर्त किसानों को 4 किश्तों में करीब 5,750 करोड़ रुपये दिए जाएंगे।

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्य सरकार के द्वारा चलाई जा रही है बेहतरीन किसान योजना राज्य में धान व अन्य फसलों की खेती करने वाले किसानों को काफी लाभ पहुंचाएगी। इस योजना के माध्यम से राज्य में रहने वाले सभी धान उगाने वाले किसानों को लाभ होगा लेकिन इसके लिए कुछ पत्रताए तय की गई हैं, जो इस प्रकार हैं:
- किसान छत्तीसगढ़ का स्थाई नागरिक होना चाहिए।
- योजना का लाभ केवल वही किसान उठा सकेंगे जो कोई अन्य व्यवसाय नहीं करते।
- किसान का बैंक अकाउंट उसके आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिए।
- योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए किसान के पास आधार कार्ड, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, मोबाइल नंबर, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो और बैंक अकाउंट की पासबुक होनी चाहिए।
