However, in order to be eligible for the benefits of the scheme, candidates must fulfill certain eligibility criteria. Only candidates domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply for the scheme, and they must be pursuing a degree, polytechnic course, or ITI course at any recognized institution in India. The annual income of the candidate’s family must be less than 2.5 Lakh Rupees, and the land owned by the family must be less than 10 acres of wetland, 25 acres of dry land, or 25 acres of wet and dry land. The family must not own more than 1500 sq. feet of constructed housing or property, and the applicant’s family must not have any current or ex-government employee or any motor four-wheeler apart from any commercial vehicle such as a tractor, auto, or other users for the purpose of earning.

Application Form

The application forms for the scheme will be accepted offline, and candidates can download the form from the portal or obtain it from the Common Service Centre in their locality. The form has to be submitted offline, and there are provisions for applying online. There shall be no application fee that will be charged by the Government Authorities to submit the form. Candidates must possess certain documents to apply for the scheme, including a photograph of the applicant, a valid identity card issued by a Government authority such as Aadhar Card, proof of admission into the respective school or college, hostel charges sheet in order to prove the expense of accommodation, proof of residence of the applicant, domicile of the candidate to prove that they belong to Andhra Pradesh, valid proof of income to prove the financial requirement, caste certificate if applicable, and details of the bank account of the candidate or mother of the candidate, where the money is supposed to be dispersed.
