Indian students who are now studying or planning to study abroad may also register on the portal to facilitate communication with the nearest Indian Missions or Posts in the event of a need. MADAD enables online complaint logging and tracking, as well as the submission of course and contact information for students. - If you are not an existing user, register yourself under “Grievant Registration (For Grievance)” and “New Student Registration (For Student)” to receive your login ID:
- Both the “New Student Registration (For Student)” and the “Grievant Registration (For Grievance)” buttons should be pressed. To receive a login ID, enter your details.
- Using the MADAD mobile app to track the status of complaints:
- Navigate to the Track Grievances screen by navigating to the MADAD mobile application’s Home page.
- After entering your Grievance ID and Captcha (Security Code), click Submit.

- Go to the official website madad.gov.in.

- Fill in your name, birth date, email address, and other information.
