- The call made by you will be taken by the call center executive.

- Now you have to request your specified services.
- The executive will share with you all the details related to public services like required documents, service charges, and other related things.
- After that choose the service you want to take advantage of.
- You have to tell the executive about that.
- Stock can be booked in your name only.
- Under this, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered by you.
- The OTP that you have to share with the public service.
- After confirmation of booking, public service will be deputed to complete the service at that particular stop.
- Along with this, the public servant will also visit the homes of the beneficiary citizens on the requested date and time.
- The OTP that you have received at the time of confirmation of service.
