- The aspirant should be a citizen of India and in the case of a refugee, the candidate should come to India before 1st January 1962.
- Candidates should be of 20th to 25 years of age till the last date of the application submission.
- The aspirant should know the local language of the area he is applying from in writing, reading, and speaking format.
